goods damaged by USPS during transit.
A claim MUST be placed with USPS for damaged, lost, or stolen goods.
It is the responsibility of the consumer to track and retrieve
their package when delivered.
Handmade By Oochie is not liable for goods sent to the incorrect or insufficient address, It is If you accidentally input the incorrect address you have 24 hours to send an email with the corrected address and your order number.
If a package has an incorrect address and is returned.
